Medical simulation has been the driving focus in every step of Kevin King’s career as a paramedic, sales leader and entrepreneur. Inspired to act after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, he created the first mobile simulation program for paramedics in eastern Canada and founded a national alliance for simulation specialists and educators. Kevin attended the inaugural Institute for Medical Simulation at CMS in Boston in 2004, where the foundation of medical simulation education was laid. In 2010, he was recognized by the prime minister of Canada for his emergency services leadership during the G8 summit in 2010. In 2018, King founded ECHO Healthcare, featuring a world-first approach to simulation service and support that earned the company global recognition after one year.

Ray is the Director of the Melisa Program and Customer Services with Echo Healthcare. Ray is experienced in medical patient simulation on high/mid fidelity simulators with over 15 years’ experience in medical patient simulation services. He has been involved in startup designs on high/mid fidelity products and has the passion and drive to keep customers assets running smoothly. As the director of the Melisa program, he is always working on finding ways to have less impact on the customer and faster turnaround times on down systems.

Robert has been involved in Field Service Engineering and support of high-fidelity human patient simulation beginning in 2006 for a world leader in patient simulation with a mission of helping save lives. Robert has been on the Beta and Alpha side of leading-edge human patient simulator technologies including the design of state-of-the-art control room and clinical lab space with AV and virtual / augmented reality implementation. Bob has been supporting clients with a passion of providing service and support at the highest level across the leading OEM brands for more than seventeen years with hands on & hands in expertise.

Jessica Miller is the Account Manager for the MeLiSA Service Program at Echo Healthcare. With over 10 years' experience in account management and customer support, Jessica takes a customized, hands-on approach to understand each clients unique goals and needs and develops comprehensive solutions to meet those objectives. She works with the MeLiSA service team to ensure that our client partnerships are successful and well supported under the program.

Lance W. Baily, BA, EMT-B is the Founder / CEO of HealthySimulation.com, the world’s leading healthcare simulation resource website which supports thousands healthcare professionals a month. As an experienced entrepreneur, digital media producer and administrative professional, Lance has the background and the experience necessary to help guide the clinical simulation industry to mass adoption.

Lance is also the Founder of SimGHOSTS.org, the leading 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to supporting healthcare professionals operating clinical simulation technologies which has organized over twenty hands-on training conferences around the globe since 2011. His co-edited  book “Comprehensive Healthcare Simulation: Operations, Technology, and Innovative Practice” provides 400 pages of in-depth articles supporting the technical integration of medical simulation in any sized program.

Formerly he served as Director of the Nevada System of Higher Education’s Clinical Simulation Center of Las Vegas, Simulation Technician for the LA Community College District, and volunteer Fire-Fighter, after receiving his BA in Film and Digital Media Production and working on Hollywood production sets. He currently lives with his wife and two young daughters in Las Vegas.
