Presentation Abstract:

Patient simulators are a costly investment for any simulation program, and extended warranties are not always in the budget or available once the simulator is deemed end of life by the OEM. Learn how the MeLiSA Service Program can optimize the life expectancy of your patient simulators, keeping them running at optimal performance well past “end of life”, saving your program money. Participants will learn common troubleshooting and repair techniques that empower newer sim techs to confidently manage routine maintenance and repairs that is needed on their patient simulators. This is a must-attend webinar for any simulation champion or healthcare simluation program looking to quickly expand their simulation technical support from Echo Healthcare!

Learning Objectives:

  1. Learn how to assess and root cause technical failure issues within high fidelity patient simulators.
  2. Learn the must-have tools and routine maintenance procedures that will keep clinical simulation equipment performing at optimal levels.
  3. Learn how the MeLiSA Program from Echo Healthcare can empower newer sim techs and clinical educators to troubleshoot and repair medical simulation equipment through onsite and virtual support.
